We offer transcription turnaround times that can work with whatever your deadline might be. We currently have four levels of service:

Simply let your Account Executive know what kind of transcription turnaround time you need and we will be more than happy to make it happen. With our large staff of 100% U.S. transcriptionists, we are able to return almost any size project in a reasonable amount of time.

Also, the more information we have about your recording when you upload it to us, the more quickly your transcript will be returned to you. If we discover that your transcript will require an additional fee due to background noise or some other audio variable, we will stop work on the file and contact you immediately to find out how you would like for us to proceed.
