Turnaround Times

We offer transcription turnaround times that can work with whatever your deadline might be. We currently have four levels of service:

  • Standard Service (3-5 Business Days)
  • Rush Service (1-2 Business Days)
  • 24 Hour Service
  • Same Day Service

Simply let your Account Executive know what kind of transcription turnaround time you need and we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs. Because of our large staff of 100% U.S. transcriptionists, we are able to turnaround almost any sized transcription project in a reasonable amount of time.

Please be advised that the more information we have about your audio when you send it to us, the quicker your transcription turnaround will be. If we discover that your audio will require an additional fee due to background noise or some other audio variable, we will stop work on the file and contact you immediately to see what you would like us to do.
