At Verbal InkSM, we believe business is not just about how we treat our customers (whom we love spoiling), but also how we treat our employees, transcriptionists, and everyone we interact with. Since our inception in 2003, Verbal Ink has refused to outsource any work overseas to non-U.S. citizens. We've done this for practical reasons (your transcripts are going to be a much higher quality), but also to support our local economy. This has been and will continue to be how we continue to do business as we expand and grow. As more and more companies seek to maximize profit at any cost, it has left behind thousands of highly skilled workers who want to make a difference here in the U.S. Transcription as a force of change? Believe it or not, yes. We're not just capturing information or words on a page, but people's stories and their ideas. We love doing what we do best so that we can free our clients up to do what they do best. We're also committed to being as green as we can. Having just moved to our new office, we're excited about working through the city of Santa Monica in the upcoming months to achieve our green status. Until then, we only print on recycled paper, recycle, and in the near future will be purchasing wind credits to offset our carbon footprint. |
 Why are your prices so much lower than other transcription services? We believe that good business and life is more than just about making money. We’d rather pass savings onto our clients and allow you the opportunity to give back to your community with the money you are saving or better yet free you up to do what you are best at.
