In order to keep your payment information secure, we ask that you contact your Account Executive to provide your credit card information if it is not already on file.

How do I get my material to you?

From London to New York to L.A., our clients span the globe. You are welcome to upload your digital files to our FTP server or mail in your audio material to us by filling out our Submission Form. Simply open a new account with us (there is no charge to do this) and you'll be up and running.

The transcript you folks did for me was great! It was the most accurate transcription I've ever received, even though the client often talked too fast and muttered responses. That alone was enough, but Verbal Ink went one better and you had it back to me sooner than you said you would.
